Company Master Tsadquem spent four decades in the Deathwatch, distinguishing himself as a skilled tactician and ferocious fighter. When he heard of the events at the Somnium Stars and the Battle of Idolatros, he immediately requested to return to assist his gene-father. Speaking of the shame he felt for not being present at the Lion's return, his watch master reluctantly allowed him to leave his post. Back with his chapter, Tsadquiem jumped at the chance to lead the strike force on the Gratus system. Bringing with him what he could on such short notice, he set out, arriving at the moon of Gratus LXIX, desperate to prove himself a loyal son.
